1.2 Within 1 year after the purchase, in accordance with paragraph 1.1, the buyer has the right to request current "Xbox", "Microsoft", "EA", "Ubisoft" accounts with a valid "Xbox Game Pass PC" subscription from the seller at any time. If the seller does not provide such, he is obliged to make a refund.
2. Refund policy for this product:
2.1 Refunds are not made if the game purchased by the buyer leaves the "Xbox Game Pass PC" subscription, since the seller cannot influence this in any way.
2.2 Refunds are not made if the terms of use of the account specified by the seller in the instructions are no longer possible due to a change in this functionality in the "Microsoft Store" and "Xbox" applications, since the seller cannot influence this in any way.
3. General conditions for refunds:
3.1 Refunds are not made if it is established that the problem is on the buyer's side, not the seller's.
3.2 Refunds are not made if the buyer has not provided sufficient evidence to establish the problem on the seller's side in accordance with paragraph 3.1.
3.3 Refunds are not made if the buyer has not read the description and name of the product before purchasing.
4. Refusal of service (refusal of warranty and refund terms):
4.1 The seller has the right to terminate service to the buyer if it is established that the buyer does not comply with the terms of use of accounts and interacts with accounts not according to the instructions.
4.2 The seller has the right to terminate service to the buyer if it is established that the buyer is distributing accounts provided by the seller without the consent of the seller.
