1. Warranty Conditions for Items of This Type:
1.1 The terms "lifetime warranty," "account forever," "permanent account" imply a warranty on functional accounts with an active subscription for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the service and replacement of accounts do not cease but are not mandatory on the seller's part.
1.2 According to clause 1.1, within one year after purchase, the buyer has the right to request current "Xbox," "Microsoft," "EA," "Ubisoft" accounts with an active "Xbox Game Pass PC" subscription from the seller at any time. If the seller does not provide such accounts, they must refund the money according to the return policies.
1.3 The terms "account for 1-2 months," "account for 3-4 months," "account for 6-7 months," etc., imply a warranty on functional accounts with an active subscription for the minimum specified period from the date of purchase. After this period, the service and replacement of accounts are completely terminated.
1.4 According to clause 1.3, within the specified minimum period after purchase, the buyer has the right to request current "Xbox," "Microsoft," "EA," "Ubisoft" accounts with an active "Xbox Game Pass PC" subscription from the seller at any time. If the seller does not provide such accounts, they must refund the money according to the return policies.
2. Money Refund Policy for Items of This Type:
2.1 No refunds will be made if a game purchased by the buyer is removed from the "Xbox Game Pass PC" subscription, as the seller cannot influence this.
2.2 No refunds will be made if the account usage conditions specified by the seller in the instructions are no longer possible due to changes in the functionality of the "Microsoft Store" and "Xbox" applications, as the seller cannot influence this.
3. General Conditions for Money Refunds:
3.1 No refunds will be made if it is established that the problem is on the buyer's side, not the seller's.
3.2 No refunds will be made if the buyer does not provide sufficient evidence to establish the problem on the seller's side according to clause 3.1.
3.3 No refunds will be made if the buyer did not familiarize themselves with the description and name of the item before purchase.
4. Refusal of Service (Refusal of Warranty Conditions and Money Refunds):
4.1 The seller has the right to terminate service to the buyer if it is established that the buyer does not comply with the account usage conditions and interacts with the accounts not according to the instructions.
4.2 The seller has the right to terminate service to the buyer if it is established that the buyer distributes the accounts provided by the seller without the seller's consent.
4.3 The seller has the right to terminate service to the buyer if the seller is blocked on the trading platform or for any reason does not have access to the account.
